Theory Instruction

Theory instruction provides foundational knowledge required for safe and effective nurse assistant practice. Instruction includes lecture, guided discussion, demonstration, and skills preparation.

Theory instruction may be delivered through approved online or in-person instructional methodsin accordance with CDPH guidelines. 

Clinical Training

Clinical training provides hands-on, supervised patient care experience in approved healthcare settings.

Clinical instruction:
